Terms of use

Passes
A pass gives one entry at the venue and for the activity shown on it. It must be used by the date on the pass.
Payment
Prices are shown in the local currency and include VAT. Pay-at-venue passes are paid at the front desk before entry.
Cancellation
You can cancel an unused, valid pass. The full amount is returned as TrainingPass credit, valid for 12 months. Credit cannot be paid out as cash.
Venues
Venues are responsible for their facilities, opening hours and house rules. TrainingPass sells access on their behalf.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you by email before changes that affect passes you already bought.
